Part of this business plan to build Telluselle Living Center, includes hosting various groups and circles. While some groups may have their own designated themes, for example “Childfree Women” or “Living with PTSD”, others can be open for anyone who wants to create a better world. Then the idea is to sit in a circle and let the word travel around it, so each person gets to have a say while the others are listening. The process is in three steps, where I lead the circle and summarise what has been said, while the conversation evolves naturally:
- Define the theme
- Give personal examples of this theme, whether positive or negative
- Share your own vision and idea for a solution or improvement
