Once every two weeks, we meet for an hour where we assess your competencies and resources, define needs and motivational factors, which conditions you need to make a change and you will receive the emotional support to take the first step. We will also follow up these steps and evaluate the process towards your own better life-balance for time management and health, as well as career changes and improvements. All done in focused conversation techniques with mindful presence and many questions to answer in an empowering and positive way for you to grow in confidence and stability.
