Whether you feel stuck or simply want to reach a specific goal, our individual coaching is for you. Once every two weeks, we meet for an hour where we assess your competencies and resources, define needs and motivational factors, which conditions you need to make a change and you will receive the emotional support to take the first step. We will also follow up these steps and evaluate the process towards your own better life-balance for time management and health, as well as career changes and improvements. All done in a focused conversation technique with mindful presence and many questions to answer in an empowering and positive way for you to grow in confidence and stability.
Here is how a coaching conversation works:
- Decide a time and place for you to meet, preferably undisturbed and neutral and for how long. You should also agree upon the confidentiality level before starting.
- Greetings and introductions.
- The coach then asks you questions like: Where are you in your life right now? What do you feel stuck with? Is there a specific problem? What created the problem? How can it be solved? What is your goal? What do you need to achieve this goal? What do you want to feel after reaching your goal? What is holding you back? Where do you live and who do you live with? Who do you turn to for support? How often and when are you going to work on reaching your goal? Who can help you solve the problem? What action can you take before we meet next time towards solving the problem or working towards your goal? For example: look for more information, make a phone call to, meet with, apply for, rest up, check in with etc.
- Decide how to proceed.
- Next time, follow up on the action and decide the next step.
My role as the coach is to remain positively neutral, summarize and mirror what you have said to see if it indeed is your belief and truth. Throughout the session you will be able to see other perspectives and explore new ways of understanding and dare find things you can do.
