(A staff manual is used to guide our routines, communication and decisions with equal financial transparency. Customers are welcome to buy membership packages and pay the same for each activity whether for groups or one-on-one sessions with adapted rates.)

We believe in fostering a strong relationship to Mother Earth and create beauty between people where everyone is allowed to contribute with their gifts to the best of their ability, developed and actualized with creative effort and willingness to lead a life with compassion in good health.

All our instructors and coaches are certified and educated within their field of profession, as well as teacher trained by someone in direct lineage with a master.
