Like a bear

Do you remember how I shared learning to get up on time, really is about going to sleep on time – I shifted my focus. Now, I can proudly say that I’ve managed to go to sleep at 10 pm (instead of 2 am) for 6 months! I simply decided to, and used my discipline. Sometimes I woke up but that too became a lesson to master by tending to my inner child’s needs. And guess if I can become angry when I don’t get my sleep! It’s all a matter of protection and safety, respecting one’s own and others’ boundaries. And of course as a lifecoach, to walk my talk.

Become the star of your own life

This goal is now becoming a habit.
